Premier Mobile Banking for iPhone
Once logged into your Online Banking, please enroll in Mobile Banking by following these easy steps:
- Click “Change Password”
- Under Mobile Banking Enrollment select “Edit”
- Enter your mobile phone number or email address1
- Select your mobile phone carrier only if you choose to enroll with your mobile phone number
- Enter a 4 digit Mobile Banking PIN
- Click “Submit”
You will automatically receive your first one-time password email or text following your enrollment.
How to access mobile banking from your iPhone:
Retrieve your most recent OTP text or email
- Click on the link included at the bottom of the message
- Enter your Access ID (same as used for online banking)
- Enter your mobile PIN
- Click Submit
Each time you login to Mobile Banking you will be sent a new one-time password message for your next login.
How to create a “Request One Time Password” app for your iPhone:
- Retrieve your most recent OTP text or email and click on the link included at the bottom of the message
- Once the login page is loaded, click “Submit” without entering your Access ID or Mobile PIN. You will receive an error “Invalid User ID or Password”.
- Click “Return to Login”
- The Request One Time Password page will appear. From here, you can press the “+” button and select “Add to Home Screen”. This will place an icon on your home screen that can be used to obtain a new one-time password in the event yours is misplaced.
